I shall be optimizing my bitorrent speed further inspecting that a simple patch can do this….interesting tips….
My torrent speed is maxxed out as I use the T1 connection at work.
I have many bandwidths to eat.

You are supposed to apply the SOFTWARE patch not the NICOTINE patch.

I actually had to reinstall XP Service Pack 2 to get my speed back up – be warned Frank!
