It’s possible that those boobs are real. They can lactate, unlike silicons or salines. I think I know how they do it. My friend and I watched a movie about steroids and their abuse. Since steroids are actually synthetic male hormones mostly used by bodybuilders, there’s also a possibility that there are synthetic female hormones that can cause massive grow of boobs. The only thing I can’t figure out is how one of the girls (Nikki) has long nipples. Otherwise it can be explained.
