I don’t know if any of you saw Panorama on Thursday night, but it was about the terrifying ordeal that BBC correspndent Alan Johnston endured after being kidnapped by an extremist Islamic family in Gaza. I thought he was incredibly brave and the story was really well told.

This is the last post from me for 3 weeks as I’m back to bangkok!
I leave for London today and will be staying with Dano (Dono?),
and then fly back to the LOS on Sunday.
The lovely Elski will be looking after the BM here while I’m away,
